Our
Medjool Products

All of our Medjool dates are produced on our farm, ensuring consistency of source and quality.  After harvest, the Medjool dates are graded into 4 categories (Premium, Delight, Classic and Standard) according to the overall character of each individual fruit (color, texture, skin separation, absence of defects, etc.) and sorted by 5 different sizes (Super Jumbo, Jumbo, Large, Medium and Small). 

 

All of our Medjool products are free of defects (absence of discoloration, broken skin, scars or blemishes) and are all natural and 100% free of chemicals or insecticide residue.

Classic (20-30%)

(Note: moisture content for all grades in the 23%-27% range)
