Producing Premium Medjool Dates "From Tree to Pack"
Our Farm
Founded by a family whose ancestors have been active in agriculture in Jordan and the Levant for centuries, our farm is located in the Jordan Valley, a long and narrow trough surrounding the Jordan River basin between Lake Tiberias (the Sea of Galilee) and the Dead Sea. With the lowest elevation in the world and year-round warm and dry weather, the Jordan Valley is one of a handful of locations offering the very specific climate necessary for growing the highest quality Medjool dates in terms of taste, texture and size.

Our Operations
Our farm is vertically-integrated, combining growing, sorting, packing and storage facilities in one location, allowing us to control the process of producing premium Medjool dates “from tree to pack” and ensuring access to fresh and nutritious Medjool dates year-round.

Once harvested, our Medjool dates are taken to a packaging facility on site where they are carefully graded and manually sorted according to different classes of the fruit. Then they are packaged and moved immediately into cold storage, where they are preserved at a constant sub-zero temperature of negative 18 degrees Celsius.
We also operate a nursery for rooting Medjool date palm offshoots in large pots to be sold or replanted later.
